Delivery Time

Some recent orders may be delayed in shipping the tracking code because of the critical situation generated by the threat of the coronavirus in Asian countries, from where part of our products is shipped. However, the processing time and total shipping time will remain the same.

Products presented in our store are shipped by our suppliers directly to the address registered in our store at the time of order completion.

The delivery time is 10-20 business days on the STANDARD SHIPPING after the order has been published at the Post Office, in accordance with the rules of your country’s postal delivery system. Please note that we require 1-3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 10-20 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At Moor Prod, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1-3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@therapymagnetic.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns:

By placing an order on Therapy Magnetic, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Moorprod. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

 Absent Recipient

Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three attempts to deliver the products, if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch to the address, in which case it will be necessary for the recipient of the package to pick it up at the Post Office branch within 7 business days. If the recipient of the package does not make the withdrawal, usually the Post Office, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new freight for the reshipment of the product.

All details related to the delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient should pick up your package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the tracking of the order, which can be tracked on the website of the Correios, using the tracking code provided by the store.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Therapy Magnetic is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete completion of the destination address of orders placed in the store. In case of incorrect or incomplete addressing, by the post office, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

In case the delivery is not made due to divergence in the address informed by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new freight, in the amount of $10 (value of the shipment + postage rate), to reship the product.
