Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via e-mail contact@therapymagnetic.com or through our chat, respecting the maximum period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (delivery date informed in the tracking code). 

As provided in the Consumer Protection Code, the option to exchange or return the product will be available in the event of regret or finding a defect and/or characteristics different from those in the announcement.

The customer may choose:

Exchange: Exchange the product with the defect for the same product in perfect condition; or exchange the product with the defect for any other product available in the store using the value of the original product as a credit when buying the new product.

Return and Refund: Return the defective product and receive a full refund of the amount paid. 

Therapy Magnetic  does not provide a refund of freight for a return, any customs fees, taxes, postage, or any other extra expenses that have not been paid directly to Moorprod.  

Postage procedures for product returns:

After contacting Therapy Magnetic signaling your interest in returning the product, you will receive by e-mail all the guidelines on the posting procedure of the goods to be returned. 

Analysis of the returned product:

The returned product will undergo a technical analysis by Therapy Magnetic with up to 5 (five) days for the solution. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered, including preferably in its original packaging and accompanying all accessories and original manuals. Moor Prod does not exchange or refund any product where a quality defect has been found due to misuse by the customer or if the product is not in the same conditions in which it was sent.  

Deadline for receipt of refund or exchange of goods:

As soon as your exchange or return request is received and analyzed, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request within 5 days. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your account respecting the original payment method within 5 working days.

If you have chosen to exchange the goods, Therapy Magnetic will arrange to ship the new product completely free of charge along with a new tracking code. In this case, the same delivery times will be respected as provided in the Shipping Policy and Delivery Times. 

DISPUTES:

Therapy Magnetic guarantees in all circumstances the shipment (dispatch) of the goods within 10-20 business days.

If you have not received your order within 10-20 business days, please track the location of your order by the tracking code provided in your e-mail, and if the order is already in transit with the Post Office, please wait for the arrival of the goods at your address before opening a dispute. After receiving the goods, if you are still not satisfied with the product, you can activate our Exchanges and Returns policy to request a full refund of the amount paid.
